Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Olongapo. The Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client accounts, and executing effective marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, providing training to team members, and overseeing sales team performance to achieve goals. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring a seamless customer experience is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training and coaching sales teams to enhance their performance
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and campaign management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the events or sales industry is an advantage
