Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Staff member specializing in both traditional and digital marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through effective promotion, lead generation, and brand visibility. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of traditional marketing channels as well as proficiency in navigating the digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels.
• Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Traditional Marketing:
• Administer orientation sessions, which may include one-on-one sessions, in-person meetings, or small group presentations.
• Execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, and events.
• Forge possible partnerships with local schools, review centers, agencies and the likes.
• Coordinate with external partners for the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
3. Digital Marketing:
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
4. Content Creation:
• Develop compelling and persuasive content for both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, resonates with the target audience, and drives desired actions.
5. Market Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new avenues for business growth and customer acquisition.
6. Relationship Management:
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners – media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility.
• Building strong customer relationships and fostering loyalty.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing efforts, providing key metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
