Multimedia Designer

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role focuses on graphic design and visual content creation to support sales and client communication and brand marketing across our global operations.

What You'll Do

· Design graphics and visual materials for sales, marketing and revenue growth

· Develop presentation decks, infographics, posters, and digital assets

· Design graphics for sales decks and RFPs

· Produce social media graphics and recruitment marketing materials

· Collaborate with the Design Studio to bring creative concepts to life

· Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications

· Support video production projects with graphics, thumbnails, and visual elements

· Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines

· Adapt designs for different formats and platforms

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent experience

· Portfolio required showcasing graphic design skills, creative range, and proficiency in the required tools

· Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Freehand illustration skills (digital and traditional) Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

· Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visuals

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback constructively

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

· Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing

· Knowledge of current design trends and social media platforms

· Familiarity with photography and photo editing

· Experience designing expo booths, kiosks, or event spaces

· Professional attitude with a considerate and compassionate approach that aligns with the corporate values
