Job Description: Recruitement Specialist (Call Center Bulk Hiring – Cebu)
Location: ONSITE, Mabolo Cebu City
Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM ( Monday -Friday ) Fixed Shift
Budget: Upto 25,000/month package + per hire incentives
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume call center hiring operations in Cebu. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-volume applicants for call center hiring roles in Cebu using Facebook, job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess applicant eligibility and fit for the role
- Invite qualified candidates for onsite interviews and manage scheduling
- Ensure strong candidate attendance by actively following up and achieving daily show-up targets
- Provide basic guidance/training to applicants to improve interview success and passing rates
- Encourage and support selected candidates in completing required documentation promptly
- Conduct cold calling to engage and convert leads into applicants
Key Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO/call center hiring preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills across digital platforms and social media
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (phone-based screening and follow-ups)
- Target-driven mindset with ability to meet daily and weekly recruitment goals
- Strong organizational and candidate management skills
This role requires urgency, persistence, and strong ownership of end-to-end candidate conversion.
