We are looking for a
results-driven and creative Sales and Marketing Associate to help grow our brand and drive revenue. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, building client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to support business objectives. This position requires a balance of
strategic marketing initiatives and
hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns (online and offline).
- Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation to boost brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing activities; prepare reports for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings when necessary.
- Support other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus.
