Job Description: Sales & Marketing OfficerLocation: Melbourne (Field-Based & Hybrid)
Sales Requirements- Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in sales or lead conversion, with a proven track record (hunter-type role preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to generate, pursue, and close leads (target: 56 clients per month).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings, house tours, and presentations.
- Ability to build relationships with doctors, families, support coordinators, and partners.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and community engagement.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Willingness to work on the ground and in the field.
- Based in Melbourne, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Willing to travel across East, West, and South Eastern suburbs for house tours and client meetings.
- Strong lead-generation (hunter) skills, to be assessed during interviews.
- Applicants do not need prior experience in the disability or community services industry.
Marketing Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns (social media, email, promotions).
- Strong content creation skills (posts, captions, basic graphics, promotions).
- Experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to track and analyse engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and client engagement.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Shared / General Requirements- Current Police Check (less than 6 months old).
- Right to work in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
