Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, and managing a sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Other responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Calabarzon, Philippines
- Prior experience in the oil, energy, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
