Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Business Development and Sales Manager. The role involves leading sales initiatives and strategies to drive growth, identifying and establishing relationships with potential partners, and managing existing client accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans, analyzing market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure delivery of tailored solutions for clients is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leadership abilities and proven track record in managing teams to achieve targets
  • Understanding of healthcare platforms or tech-driven solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
