Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and penetrate new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client partnerships and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Launch targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Development: Elevate brand visibility through compelling marketing materials and messaging.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Guide and coach the sales team to meet KPIs and exceed targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, budgets, and incentive programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (logistics industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical acumen
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM and SAP experience is an advantage
