The
Area Sales Manager (VisMin) will lead and grow our sales operations across
Visayas and Mindanao territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships to support the companys strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership teams to support promotional campaigns
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards
- Oversee proper documentation and contract management within the sales process
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel within Visayas and Mindanao
