Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and business partners.
  • Organize sales activities, property presentations, site tripping, and client meetings.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and real estate industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • With sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong network within the real estate industry is an advantage.
