As part of One-Off Solution network (founded in 2016), we provide services such as PLC & Inverter systems, HMI & SCADA, web-based applications, electrical and process engineering, camera- and laser-based systems, and machine vision and much more. With offices in Italy, USA, Mexico, Philippines, India, and Japan, we support international clients worldwide.

You will be part of a highly specialized, dynamic, and solution-oriented team, constantly growing and investing in training.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager Mindanao who will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding One-Off Asias Automation and Software Engineering services across the Mindanao region. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, sales generation, strategic partnerships, and promoting our industrial automation and software solutions to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, or technology-related industries. The role requires regular travel within Mindanao to meet clients, identify new opportunities, and support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development and Account Management

Develop and implement effective territory coverage strategies across the Mindanao region.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for One-Off Asias Automation and Software Engineering services.

Promote the companys solutions through sales initiatives, client presentations, and networking activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Conceptualize and execute marketing and business development initiatives to expand market reach and generate leads.

Facilitate client accreditation and vendor registration processes to establish business partnerships.

Sales and Service Management

Achieve sales targets and support the companys growth objectives in the assigned territory.

Develop sales programs and promotional initiatives to increase revenue from existing and new accounts.

Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.

Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally while providing timely resolutions.

Leverage industry knowledge, particularly in manufacturing, industrial production, and metal industries, to identify business opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.

Reporting and Business Strategy

Prepare and present monthly business reviews and sales performance reports.

Generate and submit bi-weekly Client Visit Reports.

Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.

Recommend sales strategies, business initiatives, and activity programs to improve market penetration and revenue generation.

Travel and Field Engagement

Travel regularly within Mindanao and other locations as required to meet clients, attend business meetings, and support sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.

Must have at least five (5) years of sales experience.

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience in industrial automation, software engineering services, manufacturing, engineering solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.

Knowledge of the manufacturing, industrial production, and metal industries is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Willingness to travel extensively within Mindanao and other locations as required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

Experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.

Background in industrial automation, engineering services, or technology-based solutions.

Experience leading sales initiatives, territory expansion, and market development programs.
