Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at RLC Residences, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, devising and implementing effective sales strategies, and monitoring team performance to achieve sales targets. The role includes building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing regular sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales process and address client needs is an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and goal-setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and sales techniques is an advantage
• Analytical and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work on-site in the National Capital Region, Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
