Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site District Sales Manager role. The District Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team in achieving sales targets and promoting specialty pharmaceutical products in the South Luzon area. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring the sales team, establishing strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves monitoring and reporting team performance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership abilities, team management skills, and experience in mentoring and training sales teams
  • Strong background in sales and promotion strategies within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and building client relationships
  • Analytical skills, ability to interpret market trends, and strategize for business development
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Flexibility to travel within the South Luzon area as required
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is an advantage
