Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Lapu-Lapu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and maintaining communication with internal teams to ensure the alignment of sales objectives with the company's goals. The role also requires the preparation of detailed reports, tracking sales performance, and overseeing the execution of sales activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Strategy, Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Client Negotiation, and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration abilities to inspire and guide sales team performance
  • Organizational and Analytical skills to monitor and report on sales targets
  • Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
