Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cebu, where some tasks can be completed remotely. The Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) will manage distributor relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales data, conducting sales training, and maintaining excellent communication with partners to drive business growth. The DSM will actively monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including strategic planning, achieving sales targets, and market analysis
  • Experience in building and managing distributor relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting with excellent time management skills
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams and implementing training programs
  • Knowledge of the hair and skincare industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
