Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in General Trias. The Senior Sales Manager will take charge of strategizing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue targets, managing a sales team, and building strong client relationships. The role involves conducting market analysis, monitoring industry trends, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored property recommendations. Driving business growth and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills to effectively connect with clients and stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry, market trends, and related regulations
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills for market analysis and sales planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Adaptability and strategic problem-solving abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment
