Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig. The Sales Manager will oversee recruite and lead a team to meet or exceed sales targets, develop strategies to drive sales growth, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include managing sales operations, executing marketing plans, training and mentoring sales representatives, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role will involve active participation in team meetings, industry networking events, and continuous market research to identify new business opportunities.
