Role Description

ARTHALAND (Division 5) is seeking a Deputy Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role. The Deputy Sales Manager will be expected to develop strategies for lead generation, networking activities, manage relationships with clients, brokers, and marketing partners,and eventually close sales for Arthaland's newest project: Sondris.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good sales track record.
  • Experience in high-end real estate marketing. (Knowledge of Makati area is a big plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and partner relations.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis for identifying new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainable development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
