About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager who thrives on closing deals and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, takes full ownership of the sales process, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Client Engagement:
- Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive, results-driven mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to work with your prospects to understand their business needs and determine how to best recommend Wiz A.I. talkbots solutions to improve current business processes through AI;
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive market expansion and achieve revenue targets. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through personal enterprise sales network, active networking, and industry events.
- Build successful customer relationship/ partnership and success references in Philippines market and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients within the Fintech, BFSI, BPO or Government sector.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close large ticket deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years B2B Account Management/Enterprise Sales Management role in ICT related industry.
- Strong ability to engage partners and clients with a problem-solving mindset; prior tech industry experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (local/regional) and manage external stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to exceed targets in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin speaking is a bonus
- Possess excellent Sales track record and/or Business Development role.
- Experience in ICT, Hardware, Computing related segment are added advantages.
