Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Parañaque. The Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, and business development
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy formulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in Parañaque
