Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into opportunities. The role requires strong sales and business development capabilities, along with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. The representative will also proactively support the execution of sales strategies and contribute to the organization's growth objectives through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively and persuasively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B sales environments is an advantage
