The Modern Trade Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, in-store visibility, and overall channel performance within the modern trade segment. This role leads the planning and execution of promotions, merchandising initiatives, and category activities across supermarket, hypermarket, and convenience store channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with trade partners, store operations, and internal teams on promotions, activations, and merchandising requirements.
- Monitor store performance, stock availability, pricing compliance, and in-store visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for channel improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of trade programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG or retail trade operations, especially in modern trade channels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple trade initiatives.
