- 70% Work-from-Home | 30% Fieldwork
Compensation
- Allowance: 20,000 25,000 (depending on experience)
- Plus attractive commission incentives
Qualifications
- With own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
- Experienced in sales and marketing (real estate background is an advantage)
- Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation
- Skilled in organizing events, promotions, and client presentations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Can work independently and effectively manage a sales team if required
- Must be goal-oriented, organized, and proactive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote company properties and services
- Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and closing of sales deals
- Coordinate with the management team to execute sales and marketing activities
- Organize marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and market updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
