Departmental Leadership

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the entire Sales & Marketing Department, collaborating with team leads to set departmental objectives and KPIs.
Monitor team performance, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a marketing plan to continually refine the organization's sales and marketing strategies.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Point Blue's products and services.
Collaborate with the internal team and external consultants to set sales targets, enhance lead generation, and improve conversion rates.

Client Relations

Lead the Client Relations team to strengthen and maintain relationships with clients.
Implement and improve customer service processes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Address client feedback, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant certifications in Marketing is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
Strong knowledge of marketing and branding strategies, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Knowledgeable in integrated marketing communications and developing a comprehensive marketing plan.
