- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives.
- Performance Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Client and distributor relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Requirement

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in distribution, FMCG, trading, or similar industry. (NCR area)
