Oversees a sales team while adhering to company standards and policies. This position is responsible for Implementing Sales plans and Strategies, Team Leadership, Sales Performance Monitoring, Customer Relationship Management and Territory Management with the objective of ensuring productivity and target achievement through practice of quality sales and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales quota. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Manages manning of showroom and other sales related activities. Represent the company in any sales related functions/occasions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Sales Performance Monitoring- Monitors sales performance, customer transactions and prepares reports like sales releases, pipeline forecasts and marketing activities.
- Partnering- develop strategic relationships with body builders, bank partners and distributors
- Marketing- plans and executes sales strategies /program of the team. Monitors performance of the SE in various platforms.
