Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a specific region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and mentor sales team members.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports for upper management.
  • Manage and monitor sales activities across the region and nearby areas.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
  • Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industries
  • Must own a motorcycle and have a valid drivers license
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
