Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cebu, allowing for a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving sales operations to achieve company targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interaction
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with competence in preparing sales plans and forecasts
  • Experience in real estate or property development is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Flexibility to manage both in-office and remote work requirements effectively
