📌 Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Sales Executives for our Verification Team to join our growing work-from-home operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in US healthcare or appointment setting campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close calls and schedule appointments.

This is a full-time, night shift (US hours), work-from-home opportunity exclusively for applicants based in the Philippines.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers over the phone.
• Clearly explain service offerings as required.
• Secure confirmations and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow company-provided scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, confident communication style.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and integrity in remote work settings.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in US healthcare or appointment setting campaigns.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Must own a reliable PC or laptop (minimum specs: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
• Stable, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
• USB noise-cancelling headset.
• Quiet, dedicated home office space.
• Willingness to work night shift (US hours).
