Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key decision-makers.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the companys services.

Client Consultation

Understand clients event requirements and provide customized solutions for events, catering, and venue selection.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations for events and catering services.
Provide guidance on menu options, venue setups, and other event-related logistics.

Sales Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
Follow up on all leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring company policies are met.
Coordinate with the operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Customer Service

Market Research & Strategy

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Provide feedback on new product offerings or service enhancements based on client feedback.
