The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the airline industry and at least two (2) years in a related sales role.
  • Knowledgeable in GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre), including ticketing and reservations.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Energetic and professional with pleasing personality.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of meeting targets and KPIs.
  • This position follows a flexible work arrangement: four (4) days field work and one (1) day working from home or in the office.

Job Responsibilities


  • Manages airline accounts, including KM Malta Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines.
  • Provides sales support for Hertz and Fiji.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for HX and KM.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings.
  • Assists in addressing concerns and inquiries from clients.
  • Manages telesales operations and handles inquiries from travel agents, particularly those representing airlines.
  • Supports revenue growth by assisting in the development and execution of promotional activities.
  • Monitors and ensures the achievement of weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assists with Sales and Marketing projects, including telemarketing initiatives.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.
  • Participates in out-of-office activities as required.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
