Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cebu for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, promoting and selling products or services, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include presenting technical solutions, understanding client requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC, with the ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build key client relationships and meet sales targets.
- Experience in Technical Support to assess and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to client requirements.
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially within technical or engineering industries, is preferred.
