We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing technical expertise, and driving sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Account Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Technical Expertise
- Understand the technical aspects of our products and services to provide accurate recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to address client-specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology developments, and competitor activities.
- Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly meet with clients to review and assess ongoing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Marketing, or related fields.
- Work experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Technical knowledge in renewable energy is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willing to do client visits and other field work within and outside Cebu
