Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Technical Support & Consultation:
Provide expert advice on product selection, application, and installation to clients.
Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in roofing materials and its related products.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to our products.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project developments.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional license holder is an advantage.
Proven experience in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry.
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite application
Preferably with a valid drivers license and is willing to travel .
