Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Bulacan/Pampanga and Cebu. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing technical information, presenting effective solutions, and assisting with project implementations. Additional responsibilities include offering technical support, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the technical and sales teams to achieve business goals. The role requires building and maintaining positive customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify and address client needs through effective solutions.
- Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing technical inquiries from clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial systems and equipment, as well as familiarity with the local industrial market, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications is beneficial.
