We specialize in engineering solutions for industrial and commercial markets, delivering cutting-edge products and services in ecological solutions, industrial IT, cybersecurity, plant maintenance service, and more, backed by global partnerships and a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are expanding our business and looking for qualified Technical Sales Engineers to fill some vacancies in FITC www.fitc.com.ph.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is a must for this role. The job opportunity is essentially sales and involves a complete and thorough understanding of the company's end to end engineering solutions process.

The ideal candidate for this role must have a good understanding about Plant Maintenance and Management Operations. He or she must be a self-starter, analytical, possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively, confident enough to share FITC's Engineering solutions to target clients.

Open to fresh and new graduates, preferably with Engineering background.

Responsibilities

· Develop relationships with Business Partners and expand the market by applying both inbound & outbound sales strategies.

· Qualify opportunities and build business pipeline.

· Maintain and improve Pipeline Sales, by increasing conversion from Leads to Deals.

· Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

· Report on the status of accounts and transactions via Sales CRM tool.

· Set and track account targets, aligned with company goals and objectives.

· Monitor sales metrics (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales result and forecasts).

· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

· Understand customer problems and work closely with global technical team in development of a solution.

· Work with global partners for a joint go to market strategy and execution of strategies.

· Presentation of solutions to customer organizations.

· Commercial negotiations and close orders for products and services.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

· Interpersonal skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Willing to travel and must know how to drive.
