Roles Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Executive to help drive sales in the Philippines. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with technical knowledge and sales experience. You'll work with clients and distributors to provide technical support, promote our products, manage sales activities, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing distributors
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical solutions
- Identify and qualify sales leads; manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and help assess technical requirements alongside distributors
- Provide tailored, value-driven solutions aligned with client needs and project goals
- Address distributor concerns and clarifies project details through regular meetings
- Monitor project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and oversee payment process
- Stay current with evolving trends in sales strategies and digital marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Technical & Operational Support
- Conduct post-sales follow-up and site visits to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues raised by distributors or end-users
- Provide training to distributors and clients on product features, installation, and maintenance
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and distributor engagement to Sales Manager
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and approval workflows during sales execution
General Accountabilities

Qualifications & Experience Minimum Required
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales; background in HVAC, plumbing, or heating is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Self-driven and results-focused
- Must have a valid driver's license and be open to nationwide travel
- Comfortable working in office and field environments
- Having your own car is an advantage
