We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts in the US market. This role focuses on engaging prospects through calls and follow-ups, driving interest, and helping convert outreach into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and business contacts in the US market
- Follow up on previously sent emails and ensure contacts review key communications
- Generate interest and encourage engagement with email campaigns and outreach efforts
- Accurately update CRM systems or tracking sheets with call outcomes, notes, and next steps
- Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding lead status and pipeline progress
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics (calls, follow-ups, touchpoints)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or in outbound sales/calling roles
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional American accent
- Experience engaging US-based clients or stakeholders is highly preferred
- Comfortable handling cold calls and objection handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
