Your Mission

Book qualified appointments on the calendar by running a high-quality outbound system via email, LinkedIn DMs, and phone.

Who We Are

AmpliSell is a growth partner for consumer brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Retail Media, and paid UGC. We combine hands-on channel management with content and ads to drive profitable revenue.

What You Will Do

You will reach out to new prospects, start conversations, and book meetings. Each day, you'll follow a clear outbound routine designed to consistently put meetings on the calendar.

You'll use a defined outreach process across email, LinkedIn, and phone. This includes researching prospects, personalizing messages, sending connection requests, making outbound calls, and logging your activity.

Before reaching out, you'll review each prospect's profile and adjust your message based on what you see. You'll keep deals moving by following up consistently and staying organized.

You'll share daily updates on activity and results, call out patterns in replies or objections, and help improve messaging and targeting based on what you're learning.

Success in this role comes from steady, focused execution.

Our Expectations For You

You will be measured on consistent outreach, how well prospects engage with you, and how many qualified meetings you book each week.

Your daily work will include LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and outbound calls.

The goal is to start conversations, get replies, and turn interested prospects into booked meetings.

Your Success Metric: Qualified calls booked on the calendar.

What You Need to Succeed

  • C2 level English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Verifiable and successful experience with B2B calendar booking via email & cold calling & DMs
  • Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, headphone, and mic.
  • Experience researching prospects and personalizing messages
  • Coachable, process-driven, and able to follow a system
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Available during EST hours

What You Get - Salary, Bonus, OTE, & Benefits

Base Salary: $1,600 to $2,000 - depends on experience and location (paid bi-weekly)

Bonus: $100 for every qualified meeting scheduled (paid each month)

On-Target Earnings: $2,600 - $3,000 per month
