Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Philippines (Remote, US Time Zones)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor / Service Contract
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our client's outbound sales efforts targeting the US market. You will focus on prospecting, outbound outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team. =
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and reach prospects via LinkedIn
- Talk to US-based decision-makers and clearly explain our client's solutions
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Update and manage lead activity in the CRM
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Join live intro or discovery calls
- Hit monthly activity and pipeline targets
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (US market exposure required)
- Strong USA accent and excellent spoken English
- Proven experience in outbound sales to US-based companies
- Comfortable working US time zones
- Confident on live calls and video meetings
- Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
Service Contract Details:
- Contractors are responsible for their own tax filing and payments according to BIR regulations
- Contractors will not receive standard employment benefits
- Contractors must use their own equipment, tools, and internet connection
