About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the dynamic world of Web3, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence events. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and setting up high-value meetings for our Sales Managers.

  • Lead Generation & Research:
    • Identify and qualify potential prospects through online research, databases, and social media (LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling:
    • Conduct cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling to engage decision-makers.
    • Communicate the value proposition of our Web3 and AI-focused events to potential sponsors, partners, and clients.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Sales Managers with targeted prospects.
    • Ensure seamless handover of lead information and context to the Sales team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with Sales Managers to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
    • Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, outreach activities, and conversion rates.
Requirements

  • Experience: 12 years in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, or Lead Generation role (experience in tech, events, or SaaS preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written in English).
    • Proven ability to make cold calls and handle objections confidently.
    • Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Mindset:
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving KPIs.
    • Passion for Web3, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies.
    • Willingness to work remotely but strictly aligned to Dubai (DXB) time zone.
