About the Role

The Sales Consultant drives branch sales performance monitoring targets (individual and branch targets), and ensuring excellent customer service. This role bridges the operational and strategic sales functions, coaching team members to achieve sales goals and supporting business growth initiatives.

Branches with Vacancies: BGC, Baguio, Quezon City, Alabang, EDSA Shangrila, and SM Pampanga

Responsibilities

1. Sales Activities

  • Drive sales of products, services, or packages.
  • Track sales pipelines, follow up with leads, and ensure targets are met.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions as directed by management.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Handle escalated concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service within the sales team.

3. Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and reporting related to sales items.
  • Support the Clinic and Sales Manager in operational planning related to sales.

4. Coaching and Performance Management

  • Monitor clinic staff sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide targeted coaching, guidance, and support to help staff achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct briefings or training sessions on sales techniques and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales or clinic operations, with supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to improve staff performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Personal Certifications: (if any, advantage but not required) Sales or customer service training/certification. Leadership or coaching training.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to motivate clinic staff to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional conduct.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
