ABOUT THE JOB:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify, source, and qualify potential franchisees through outbound strategies (calls, events, digital outreach) and inbound leads.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
Sales & Closing
- Present the franchise opportunity in a compelling and professional manner through discovery calls, business presentations, and office visits.
- Understand prospect motivations, conduct needs analysis, and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Overcome objections and guide potential franchisees through the full sales process until contract signing.
- Negotiate terms, ensure compliance with franchising requirements, and coordinate legal documentation with internal stakeholders.
Relationship Management & Onboarding Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, even post-closing, to support smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a successful handover.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track sales metrics and conversion rates; provide regular updates and insights to management.
- Recommend improvements in the franchise development process and help refine the ideal franchisee profile.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchising—preferably in real estate, retail, or service industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously.
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a strong advantage.
