This role is designed for experienced, highly polished Luxury River Cruise Specialist. You will manage warm, high-intent inbound leads provided by the client, engage with affluent customers, and guide them through a multi-step consultative sales process in the top-tier hospitality and experience industry. No lead generation or cold calling is required.
The role requires strong consultative selling skills, refined communication, and confidence when dealing with high-profile , and high-net-worth travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
Convert assigned inbound leads into successful bookings within defined timelines.
Handle objections, clarify concerns, and guide clients toward informed decisions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document all interactions.
Pipeline Management
Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously throughout 1–4 week sales cycles.
Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and proactive next steps.
Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and client handoff once a sale is closed.
