Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate position based in Manila. The Sales Associate is responsible for generating leads, establishing and fostering relationships with clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and identify solutions
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude toward achieving goals
  • Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage
