Key Responsibilities and job-related duties required to support business needs include but are not limited to:
Account Management
Establish and maintain a strong set of dealer accounts
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and dealers
Conduct regular visits and business reviews to ensure that all issues and concerns are well taken care of and help identify room for improvement and growth in terms of sales.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the key point person between the dealer and the principal in which the primary objective is overall growth of the account and tending to the dealer's concern.
Understand the dealer's need to tailor and recommend specific products that will fit the dealer's portfolio.
Sales Growth (Sell Thru and Sell Out)
Develop and strategise on how to hit the targeted sales for the month.
Monitor client sales performance and provide support if necessary.
Meet or exceed account performance metrics and sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and maintain sales and inventory reports
Analyze sales and inventory trends to suggest the best course of action on how to maximize sales and revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
The Business Development Manager/Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key dealers to drive sales and increase growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
At least 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
Preferred: Experience in the technology, electronics, or IT-related industry
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for client visits and business reviews (Fieldwork)
