Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the Sales organization. This role focuses on analyzing sales performance, building reports and forecasts, and providing insights across areas, accounts, and product lines. It is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in sales analytics who can translate data into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Develop and support sales forecasting using historical data and trends.
- Conduct comparative sales performance analysis by area, account, and product.
- Perform market pricing and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
- Validate sales data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Support sales planning, budgeting, and performance review discussions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Sales and Management teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience or strong exposure to sales data analysis, sales reporting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to perform comparative sales and pricing analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City.
