Job Description
The Sales Support Staff provides administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and client servicing. In a manufacturing setting, this role is crucial for handling customer orders, preparing documentation, monitoring inventory, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, etc.,
Assists sales team inquiries, follow-ups, and provide information.
Assists in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Support marketing and promotional activities related to manufactured products.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
