About The Role
Provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales department while optimizing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding orders, pricing, product information, or issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance monthly to be submitted to the Head of Sales Department.
- Maintain and ensure an accurate database of all clients to be saved in Google Drive.
- Assist in data entry tasks related to leads, prospects and existing clients.
- Provide logistical support for meetings or presentations conducted by the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to streamline operations.
- Performs other duties that may assigned by the Business and Development Manager relative to the role assignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
