Job Description

GMD Productions GMD Pro is a group of experts in Retail Booth Fabrication, Point of purchase displays, Events, Marketing & Advertising support, Signages, Renovation and Management including customized furniture fabrication.

About The Role

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales department while optimizing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding orders, pricing, product information, or issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance monthly to be submitted to the Head of Sales Department.
  • Maintain and ensure an accurate database of all clients to be saved in Google Drive.
  • Assist in data entry tasks related to leads, prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings or presentations conducted by the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to streamline operations.
  • Performs other duties that may assigned by the Business and Development Manager relative to the role assignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
